La Grange lies about eight miles east of Whitewater, Wisconsin on Highway 12. Nestled in Walworth County, La Grange (population of about 2,500) may be characterized as a quiet, comfortable little town. But the second weekend every May, La Grange becomes the center of the universe among the ultra community.

Rushing Waters
Rushing Waters is the site of the Ice Age 50 packet pick-up and the prerace dinner on Friday, May 12th. Rushing Waters is located about two miles north of the Ice Age Start/Finish area on County Highway H.

Backyard Bikes and Ski (in “downtown” La Grange) is less than two miles from the Ice Age Trail 50 Start/Finish area. In addition to bike rentals and related gear, the store sells beer, wine, soda, snacks and gels. And they have a great deli! Update: BB is currently listed for sale, so please call before visiting.
